Fashion Stylist JOB

Il mio commento al post sull'IG di Style Magazine ha ricevuto l'approvazione di un fashion editor contributor anche per Vogue Italia. Speriamo che sia l'inizio di un possibile cambiamento e considerazione del ruolo secondo le sue reali e molteplici competenze. Questa è la cosa che mi sta più a cuore.

<<Trovo soprattutto importante la questione della "qualità dei rapporti umani" tra tutti coloro che operano nel settore. Alleati dunque. Non insana competizione, controllo o svalutazione di un ruolo professionale rispetto agli altri.>>

Non sto puntando il dito contro nessuno. Mi rendo conto che, fino ad oggi, soprattutto in alcune realtà, il modo di pensare alla figura del fashion stylist è dipesa anche da motivazioni di tipo economico, come risparmiare su alcuni ruoli per salvare la propria attività. Ma la qualità dei risultati varia a seconda delle intelligenze messe in campo. Si ottiene di più da una comunicazione collaborativa che dal pensiero di un singolo. Non credo di far torto ad alcuno se per me vorrei questo tipo di considerazione, quello che ciascuno desidera per sé e il proprio lavoro.

Grazie a tutti coloro che avranno voglia di condividere, non solo questo post, ma anche un proprio pensiero critico e costruttivo.

My comment on the post on Style Magazine's IG received the approval of a contributing fashion editor for Vogue Italia too. I hope that it is the beginning of a possible change and consideration of the role according to its real and multiple skills. This is what is closest to my heart.

I'm not accusing anyone. I realize that, up to now, especially in some situations, the way of thinking about the figure of the fashion stylist has also depended on economic reasons, such as do not involve some roles, to save money and your business . But the quality of the results varies depending on the intelligence put into play. You get more from collaborative communication than from the thinking of an individual. I'm doing anyone wrong if I would like more consideration for myself. That is what everyone wants for themselves and their work.
